Events
I am so passionate about building a sense of connection and supporting wellbeing. I really wanted to create spaces where people feel safe and calm, receive good information from experts in their field, get relief from menopause symptoms and make lasting changes for optimum health in midlife and beyond. I also love to share the knowledge I have gained from my award winning research for my Nutrition MSc.
Weekend Retreat
Join Nicki Cooper and me for what promises to be the most magical and inspiring weekend break in the breath-taking surrounds of the Yorkshire Dales.
Our focus will be on yoga, mindfulness, wellbeing and nutrition with the weekend including:

Women's Midlife Fitness and Nutrition

After the success of our first course, we are joining up with an inspiring personal trainer to deliver a 6 week on line course. Join us to learn the best ways to support yourself with exercise and nutrition, so you can be in an optimal position for the smoothest perimenopause and menopause transition.

What does it include?

Weekly uploads of easy to follow, inspiring fitness videos.

Weekly Facebook nutriton and exercise Live, with opportunity for questions and answers. Recorded, so you can watch it any time.

Weekly nutrition resources including a menu plan, nutrition guidance, recipes, and healthy snack ideas, all tailored to mid life.

Facebook private group, so you can ask questions of experts and feel secure that you’re with like minded people experiencing similar things and in a safe space to share.

The themes we will cover include stress, energy, mood, sleep, mental clarity and bone health, and how to address menopausal symptoms like weight gain and hot flushes.

Mindful Dinners have become a staple in our calendar. The evenings include:
